Codeiac started in 2019 as a Slack channel of 12 engineers in Abu Dhabi who wanted somewhere serious to talk about transformer papers. Six years later it's an 80,000-strong community of AI engineers, researchers and founders shipping the AI-native decade — with chapters in 42 cities across MENA, Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Buildcon is our flagship gathering — once a year, three days, in the city we believe is becoming the world's AI capital. We bring the people doing the actual work: the engineers shipping production agents, the founders going from zero to nine figures, the researchers behind the models everyone else integrates.

We're funded by a combination of community support, a small number of values-aligned sponsors, and the conviction that the next decade of software gets built by people who know each other.
